Bottle Bioassay

Be sure to coat the inside of the cap during the process.
  1. Remove the cap from each bottle, including the control bottle.
  1. Roll each bottle on a table top until the acetone has evaporated. This usually requires less than 5 minutes, but prevents areas of high insectide concentration from forming.
  1. It is most convenient to roll all the bottles, including the control bottle, at the same time.
