Bottle Bioassay
  1. After dosing each bottle, including the control bottle, coat the inside thoroughly by rotating the bottle in all directions.
    Be sure to coat the inside of the cap during the process.
  1. Remove the cap from each bottle, including the control bottle.
  1. Roll each bottle on a table top until the acetone has evaporated. This usually requires less than 5 minutes, but prevents areas of high insectide concentration from forming.
  1. It is most convenient to roll all the bottles, including the control bottle, at the same time.
 

All surfaces of each bottle must be coated, including the cap.
